- No. Platform fee covers all voice minutes, SMS, and emails. You'll never get a surprise overage bill.
- What's the typical contract length?
- Month-to-month after the initial 3-month performance window. If we don't move your numbers, you leave.
- How long until we're live?
- Most single-agent installs go live in 5–7 days. Full-stack rollouts are 2–3 weeks.
- Will the AI sound like a robot?
- No. We use ElevenLabs voice cloning and Vapi's natural-conversation engine. Customers are told they're speaking to an AI assistant — and they book anyway.
- What CRMs do you integrate with?
- ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Zoho, Clio, Dentrix, Open Dental, Calendly, Google Calendar, HubSpot, Salesforce. If it has an API, we can connect.
- Do I have to buy the receptionist to get Local Visibility?
- No. Local Visibility runs standalone at $299/month, no setup fee, month-to-month. It's also bundled into the Full Stack tier. If you start with Local Visibility and later upgrade to the receptionist, we credit your last 30 days toward your first month.
